Thorough inspections of initial product samples verify compliance with design and quality standards before full-scale production.
When requested, we follow the PPAP to confirm that our products meet the necessary production standards.
We maintain an approved list of suppliers who meet our quality standards, continuously monitoring their performance to ensure consistent quality.
Each design undergoes thorough laboratory testing to verify that the thermal systems will perform effectively under real-world conditions.
Before products are approved for delivery, our quality management team ensures they meet all performance and safety criteria.
Where necessary, we perform 100% EOL testing to ensure every product leaving our facility is validated for quality and reliability.

We implement the 5S principles—Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, and Sustain—to maintain an organised, efficient, and high-quality production environment.
