Testing and certification
All of our thermal management systems meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety due to our rigorous engineering quality assurance processes.
On site environmental test chamber
Our on-site environmental test chamber provides an extensive range of testing capabilities to validate the performance of our thermal systems, ensuring they can handle extreme heat, humidity, and solar load. By replicating challenging environments, we ensure that your systems maintain efficiency, reliability, and safety, delivering optimal results even in the harshest climates and demanding applications.
- Cell Temperature: Ambient to +50°C ± 1°C
- Solar Load: 0 to 1,200 W/m² (Calibrated for accurate simulation)
- Humidity: 5 to 40% Relative Humidity (RH)
- Data-Logging: 32 channels for detailed data collection
- Chamber Dimensions: 9.0m x 5.8m x 3.0m (height)
The chamber is also available for hire at competitive rates, allowing you to conduct your own testing with our support.
Additional third-party testing capabilities
We partner with trusted third-party resources to conduct specialised testing, providing you with a comprehensive assessment of your system’s performance and compliance, including:
- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
- Shock and Vibration Testing
- Cold Chamber Testing
- Fire and Smoke Toxicity Testing
- Dust Ingress Testing
