CEO - Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes brings over 20 years of industry experience to the company. Since his appointment as CEO in Febraury 2024, he has been instrumental in driving Calatherm’s growth and strategic direction. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its market presence across Europe, focusing on innovation and excellence in thermal management solutions.

CTO - Gary Wilson

Gary has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. With a deep understanding of thermal management systems for electric (EV) and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV), Gary works hands-on with the engineering team to create smarter solutions that keep vehicles running efficiently and effectively.

COO - Carol Maund

Carol has worked in the automotive industry for over 25 years and, with her wealth of experience, she easily adapts to a variety of tasks and thrives when problem solving. She is dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Calatherm, further supporting our customers with their thermal management requirements.

Business Development Director - Daniel Jackson

Daniel brings over 20 years of experience in industrial engines and a decade in sales to his role. Combining technical expertise with a genuine passion for building strong relationships, Daniel is driven by achieving results, fostering growth, and delivering value in challenging situations.
